This article is going to talk specifically about CrossFit for fat loss. In Part 1 of this 2 part CrossFit series, I gave a basic overview of what CrossFit is all about. Today Im talking with the Head Trainer of a CrossFit gym who has recently perfected a special method of Crossfit that is laser-focused on burning body fat. The workout is called SpeedX and from what I understand, it has been working wonders for people in his gym. Jarett Perelmutter, of Brick Sport Performance Gym in West Hollywood, agreed to do an interview outlining his new SpeedX system. He even put together a pdf with 2 sample SpeedX workouts exclusively for readers of FBB.

If you would like to make time for fitness and improve your level of health and wellness, you can begin by:
MAKING FITNESS A PRIORITY — We are very busy people; frantically juggling work, family, home, school, and social responsibilities. With

Ready to head outside? Take these tips
Now that the weather is warmer you may feel inspired to take your indoor walking or jogging routine to the great outdoors. And even if you haven’t been taking strides before now, the longer daylight hours, less rain, and warmer temperatures may be just the motivation you need to get started.
Whether you’re a novice or a pro, taking your walking or jogging program outside can mean a lot of fun and improvement to your level of fitness. Safety concerns of being outdoors, however, deserve some consideration. After all, we want fun, we want effectiveness, but we don’t want injuries or to end up as roadkill.
For starters, always begin your workout with a warm-up and stretch.
